Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by MerchFriends (“Organization”) and “Member”, and comes into effect as of the User Member’s acknowledgement and agreement.

Restrictions

The member agrees that they will not:

• Share their login information with non-members

• Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and
  share it with non-members

• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions

• Violate the MerchFriends Community Codes of Conduct

Liability

The member will not hold the organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them or their business while participating in the membership.

The member agrees that the organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the member’s own personal choices. 

Privacy

The organization will not share any contact or personal information about the member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

The member will not share any contact or personal information of other members with others or non-members, unless given permission to do so by the other member.

  All membership options* include: Featured Logo placement on website + other materials, Entry to annual meetup, Subscription to Newsletter, Access to MF online community, Full access to educational materials and webinars, MF merch pack + exclusives, website badge. If you prefer to pay dues annually, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to facilitate.
  *With exception to $500 annual plan, provided to vinyl pressing plants for access to our jobs board.

Membership Termination

The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle (renewing Membership in January 2023).
